Welcome to Maa Jugdamba Handicraft. We are committed to offering premium handcrafted hand block printed Kurtis and Tops for women. Since our products are carefully handmade in limited batches by skilled artisans, we maintain a clear and structured Refund & Returns Policy.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Standard Sale Conditions: Final & Non-Exchangeable
To maintain the authenticity and exclusivity of our handcrafted collections, all purchases made through Maa Jugdamba Handicraft are considered final. We follow a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Color, style, or design expectations differing from personal taste
- Incorrect size selection by the customer (please carefully review the size chart before ordering)
- Minor variations in print, color, texture, or alignment that naturally occur in hand block printed products
Please note that slight irregularities are part of genuine handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products
A return, replacement, or refund request will only be considered if:
- The product received is physically damaged during transit, or
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any damage or defect claim, an unedited unboxing video is strictly required.
The video must meet the following conditions:
Continuous Recording
The video must be recorded in one continuous shot without cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
Sealed Package Visibility
The recording must begin before opening the courier package and clearly display the sealed outer packaging and shipping label.
Clear Product Inspection
The video must clearly show the unpacking process and visibly capture the reported issue or damage.
⚠️ Important: Claims submitted without a proper unedited unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
4. Reporting Timeline
Any damage, defect, or incorrect product issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a claim, please provide:
- Your Order ID
- Original unedited unboxing video
- Clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos, if required
Claims reported after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
5. Review & Resolution Process
Once your claim is received, our team will carefully review the provided evidence.
If the claim is approved, Maa Jugdamba Handicraft may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
- Replacement with a similar product
- Store credit for future purchases
- Refund to the original payment method
Approved refunds generally take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or assigned to a courier partner.
After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped and tracking details are generated, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.
If a return is approved due to a verified defect or damaged item, our support team will guide you regarding the return shipping process.
8. Policy Updates
Maa Jugdamba Handicraft reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately after being published on this page.
